Whether it's a relationship issue, struggle with self-acceptance, grief and loss, trauma, search for meaning, or a recent setback, we all face moments where we feel overwhelmed and uncertain of how to move forward. These instances can create wells of emptiness and can be accompanied by loneliness, self-doubt, confusion, fear and even a sense of helplessness. While these moments are painful, they also offer opportunities to learn, grow and experience transformation. The good news is that you don’t have to struggle alone.
